Oh!! Come on!! I would barely accept as ADC, but what is doing up there!? would make more sense compared to her.. Moreover, why is -that should be placed with is in a higher tier than , , , and ? or even , she is not strong ADC at all, or at least she was not in my games... well it's your opinion after all so.. xD

surprisingly can be played adc and performs quite well in my experience so that is why i included him. about i think she can be a very powerful adc due to her good poke and an insane amount of utility in lane and in team fights. I think that the champs you said and respectivly I think are quite weak right now compared to even (i moved up because of the new build that was found for him)

Personally, I don't think he's good but he is not very bad either. I think is better than the d and c tier picks but not as good as a tier picks that I put but that's just my personal opinion. still has his signature insane early lane pressure and a good can make the champion work.
