First of all, thank you for putting and in the last tier (D tier), to be honest I think they should be excluded from this list because they do not havethe potential... the same should go for in C tier.. I would disagree with you in the case of and , I played both of them, and especially can carry the ADC... Also, is op, but I do not think she should be in the same tier as .

In my games I found to be a pretty minimal threat tbh and until 6 he has like no pressure. If you can take advantage of his pre 6 I believe he is a very small threat as support. About I feel like she is not very strong personally. I find other enchanters like lulu and janna to be much stronger. I also put and in d tier so hopefully, anyone looking at this would not pick them lol.
