i play a lot off offmetas ( my 3 support mains are taliyah 200k and neeko 160 k then janna and other true supports ) and am always between silver and gold when it comes to elo when i do try to climb so take this with a grain of salt ;)

hes very good as a pocket pick,old one waws like pantheon just abused as he was so op he functioned without items, now he will lack dps and scale down after lv 8, he does still work excellent vs any engagers as they literally cant engage anymore ( sett can tank a full naut combo then kill naut and his adc levels of impossible) but hes bad vs poke like vel koz or lux ,

i describe him similar to old tahm kench and
like old kench we use tanky items to be useful lategame ( iceborn or chemtank into anathemas chains / spirit visage then thornmail or steraks, afterwards stoneplate and warmogs to be a 4400 hp tank +4400 stone and 900+ steraks shield who can do 1 to 3 sett w in a teamfight each one another 600 to 1500 shield, very very fun .)

im not a jungler ( pure support) but i go sett when im autofilled....his clears good but his ganks are garen jungle level weak before lv 6
but then u need to come from behind and vi style shove them. i guess hes c or d tier . i love mathematicly correct sett is very fun, i play immortal fulltank sett as i prefer utility over damage. and setts natural dmg like volibear is quite strong already
