Ocean Drake Champions Patch 11.15

I would say that I find the ocean drake really good for Yuumi. While the healing may not be the best, the mana sure is great, expecially since Yuumi for the most part does not make mana items, making the base mana regen from the ocean drake (I think it's 80 (what I call base) + 3.5% max mana) cover up most of your mana problems when spamming heal.
