Low elo's support tier list Patch 11.15

sett is usually quite good in low elo , since u are an engage champ that doesnt rely on teammates to do dmg, he still can fall behind and be basicly useless so i could get the point though. just saying stuff like him and malphite are better than thresh since human error is a way bigger factor which renders champ like thresh and bard weaker but stuff with easy executions effective.
