River shen Lmao- but on a serios note while more risky than any other engage support he can offer alot, and the three people that play him support are true masters deserving of our respect.

hard cc tanks are always alright supports, seju needs some specific teamcombo but can work.

Ziggs Tier 11

one of only three artillery mages, excelling in the neutral game and constant poke, he has no hard cc but more dmg and towerharm than vel or xerath.

try taliyah if youre willing to put time in with her buff shes an amazing hyperaggro support. very fun ;)

I will take it as an option in the future since I want to master taliyah in the jungle and I will take advantage of playing it as a support ;D

np mate taliyahs a flexpick like pantheon, if you devote and master her she can go anywhere but top ( irelia and riven)
mid taliyah obcviosly, sup taliyah and yes kill lane bot mage taliyahs a thing with cc supports.

I should try these once I get enough blue essence ... or maybe wait until free rotation.

Also, just curious, is this tierlist in any way ... tiered? As in, does their position indicate anything? Or just a list? (Sorry if this is a dumb question)

i dont personaly like to rank champs on whos better, as i feel you can climb with anything if you have a clear goal and tactic that actually pays off. so these are personal biased if anything as theire listed from my main, second main, new main offmeta, and the others fun stuff i do but not as dedicated. all of these are similarly viable except neeko is the closest to a full on actual support, shes very very good and only countered by other poke mages.
