talia-like tier list Patch 11.24

as much as i like vex, she does not play like taliyah in my opinion, one is an intensive ballistic and burst combo champ who excells at macro knowledge, while vex goes into melee with r burst someone 100 to 0 like katarina then repeat. not really as similar as first thought.
but i also dont see caitlyn like at all but to each their own XD
