for example with miss fortune u want the cc to keep enemies in her ult, u can use the basic sona, seraphine, yuumi... or just and engager like rell and leona, or more advanced like neeko or lillia ( MF ult doesnt stop sleep so its a 2s stun basicly).
maybe thats just me not wanting to see yuumi and lulu literally everywhere... XD

but i just love moonstone/ shurelias lillia sup and this is her best adc. works also with samira but thats more awkwards ( samira needs to get her points for ult inbetween the 1.5 s before the sleep then ult and they wont wake up)
