Interesting proposal. I have to admit I've never tried it. I honestly think Leona has plenty of crowd control as it is, but a Rylai exclusively for Eclipse's explosion might be a worthy investment. I suppose you'll be a bit squishier with all this gold spent into just 500 hit points, though. I'll try it and let you know how it works. =)

Explodes, you pull yourself to a champ, and it slows them. 15% not much, but its enough for teammates to catch on, or make it harder for them to evade your ultimate.

Would you ever consider a Rylai's Crystal Scepter? I mean, it makes your blade and shield-explosion slow, so it would be easier to catch up and stun them...so you pop your shield, and right before it
