Hello Mobafire! As the summer heats up, I guess Riot finally decided to make a BRAND NEW

Now, with the release of a new Swain skin, I'm proudly going to say this will be instabuy for me, with the help of a really close friend =)Back on topic, since this new skin is coming up, I thought it'd be nice I got off my lazy bum and updated my
Swain guide. Compared to by Kassadin and Xerath ones, I think this one could really get upgraded. I changed the name of the guide to make it more appealing and "cool", so to back that up, it comes with a new set-up to make it look amazing! I'll start working on it, so be prepared for a Swain guide you won't recognize!

Lots of people are concerned about users getting to ranks too fast because people are +rep'ing for no reason except to get their friends to different ranks. I'm not targeting you just cracking down harder in general.
The comments overtly trying to game the rep system have been deleted. This is a warning to all of you, DO NOT ASK FOR +REP / ENCOURAGE + REPPING for no reason except to hit the status. Reps gained this way are meaningless, and are against the rules. You should be proud of getting rep when you contribute and know that you're helping, and then you will know you deserve the status.
Okay I don't mean to question a mod, but is joking about the rep system really not allowed at all?
