I actually think zell has about hit the nail on the head, though I'd probably switch ezreal and trist

Why the brown is Tier 3?!!? Sivir's imba damage on Allows her to stomp on any early game confrontation, Stops most forms of CC/Harassment Early game, which compensates for her low attack range.

Mid game & late game:

The On The Hunt Acts as a team wide buff to escape/engage encounters, and as an attack speed steriods.

Spell Shield Gives her loads of protection from AP nukers

Spell Shield can absorb tons of enemy 'engager CC' (like Dark Binding, Rocket Grab, Enchanted Crystal Arrow

Ricochet Acts as an attack damage steroid, a group damager, and a means to stay in a fight, if low on HP

Fleet of Foot prevents most champions from running away from you successfully

As a skilled twitch player, I admire that merits a spot on the Tier 2 list. Despite this, I believe (trying to be unbiased here haha) that is MUCH too reliant on positioning. Unless twitch has an or a constantly next to him, he is always at risk of getting jumped, especially when fighting at the river, lane, or base.

I wanna write more, but i'm starting to have the munchies, and I don't really feel like typing anymore.
Overall, a decent start to a tier list, though. Something you may want to consider reading

How on earth does make it to Tier 1 whilst and are put below a Tier. just consists of a dominate laning phase with a lot of kill potential, but lacks any late-game vigor (similar to but has ways of instructing initiations).

To put above and as AD carries while they're stuck in the dumps among the likes of: , & as "AD carries" is just an insult lol.

While can be terror in solo queue due to her being a hyper-carry with monstrous late-game she is pretty dog **** against any coordinate team. Having an atrocious laning phase which allows her to zoned or denied cs with the right picks and her presence in team-fights having a really short-range putting her in danger and risk being caught.

In my mind AD carry tier list in that format looks more like (got no clue about )...

ezreal is nowhere near a god tier, caitlyns rampaging lane game earns her a place above the lowest tier. I mean AD kennen above cait? No way.

Kog really should be moved up imo.

I like to think there isn't a tier list for carries because it really depends on what carry you are, versus what carry they are, and what support is with you. It's always a toss up. :/

Kog has I think the 2nd highest DPS for an AD carry. The first is Vayne, and both because they have %-based health damage which lets them shred through tanks as well as squishies.

Kog also has more range than Trist with his W, so I don't know what he's doing at Tier 2.

is just meh late game. And his Q doesn't crit yet so.......He's kind of like Trist, except way weaker.
