I agree with this, but I think Mf should be ranked a bit higher.
I know, i just started this "Tier List" and slowly i'm revisioning every single Ad Carry, it's also hard because being duo Lane Supoprt has an Important role too.
I know Mf is really strong but she lacks in utility and escaping skills, i think that she works better with premade teams instead of SoloQ.
I'm still questioning why

But Twitch isn't a trash carry trust me, he could be hard to play but a carry with AoE damage is just amazing.
Have to say also that Twitch E, Deals 900 magic damage at level 5, if you hit 6 times a champion, and that works with ulti too.
Very hard to play but high rewarding, his laning phase is really poor but a well positioned Twitch in teamfight is just a pain, his range with ulit helps him too :)
