Abra, Rainbow Magician

[u][color=#00ffff]The sights and sounds of Abra:[/color][/u] [color=#00ffff]Basic attack look:[/color] Thinking of having it like Lux's, or maybe just jabbing his staff up for every "rainbow shot". [color=#00ffff]When you select him:[/color] Let us be off! [color=#00ffff]Joke:[/color] He tosses his staff up and catches it, saying: "What is this I hear about these unicorns barfing rainbows? That I must see..." [color=#00ffff]Taunt:[/color] He twirls his staff and says: "I could beat you with my eyes closed and a hand behind my back!" [color=#00ffff]Dance:[/color] He balances his staff on his paw and turns in a circle. [color=#00ffff]Ultimate:[/color] Blast them away!/ Shoot! [color=#00ffff]Right click on the ground:[/color] Of course/Precisely/Onwards/What a ways... [color=#00ffff]Right click on an enemy:[/color] Time to test out my staff/Feel the agony of magic/Don't underestimate me/Let the gem do the talking [color=#00ffff]Upon Death:[/color] Gaaah! [color=#00ffff]Recalling:[/color] He examins his staff. [color=#00ff00][u]Ancient Gem[/u][/color] (Passive) Every 5 spells Abra's gem shoots a more powerful (auto-attack) rainbow shot that does 80 magic damage. This increases as Abra levels up (80/85/90/95 and so on). This does not apply for Abra's "Double Rainbow" second shot. Look: Every 5 spells Abra shoots a brighter rainbow shot. [color=#00ff00][u]Double Rainbow[/u][/color] (Q) Toggled on: Abra shoots two rainbow shots out of his gem instead of one, the second one dealing 70/75/80/85/90 (+25% of abillity power) magic damage. Mana Cost (per shot): 7/10/12/14/16 Look: Abra basically does his usual auto attack, but the second shot comes out from the gem from the opposite side of the first shot, then curves around and hits the target. [color=#00ff00][u]Rainbow Arc[/u][/color] (W) Abra conjures an arc of rainbow from his gem, (summoner will select the target)and a rainbow will go up then down, dealing 90/120/150/180/210 (+75% of abillity power) magic damage to the enemy at the end of the rainbow. Mana Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 Cooldown: 16/14/16/14/12 Range: 1100 Look: Abra thrusts his staff diagonaly (towards the target location) and a rainbow comes from his gem in the form of an arc upwards and towards the target, and when it hits it hits them in the chest and seems to go into their body, making their stomach glow a rainbowy color. [color=#00ff00][u]Rainbow Rupture[/u][/color] (E) After a 1 second delay, a rainbow erupts from the ground at target location, dealing 110/140/160/200/240 (+90% of abillity power) magic damage to all in the area and knocking them upwards. Mana Cost: 45/55/65/75/85 Cooldown: 25/24/23/22/20 Range: 1250 Look: Abra thrusts his staff upward, sending a rainbow out of the gem. The rainbow goes offscreen then comes back down, and when it lands it shatters into sparkles. [color=#00ff00][u]Rainbow Beam[/u][/color] (R) (Like Lux's ultimate) Abra shoots a rainbow beam from his gem, pushing him back (through any wall, turret, etc. behind him) a bit and dealing [color=#ffff00]260/300/350[/color] (+250% of abillity power) magic damage to all hit. Mana Cost: 110 Cooldown: 100/80/60 Range: 3500 Look: Abra takes his staff and aims it directly in the aimed direction, then the very big, shiny rainbow-colored lasrebeam shoots out and Abra goes backwards. [color=#00ffff](Stats for level 18)[/color] Health: 1600 Mana: 1250 Range: 525 Speed: 320 Armor: 75 Magic Resist: 20 Critical Chance: 0% Mana Regen: 13 per 5 seconds Health Regen: 16 per 5 seconds [color=#00ffff]Lore:[/color] Abra always had his nose in books while his fellow yordles went to play or explore or other things he thought were a waste of time. Magic. That wasn't a waste of time, he always said. But one type caught his eye. Rainbow magic. What an interesting thing. He began studying it when he could start reading, and soon quickly became an expert. One day he was looking for people who knew more about rainbows and their magic traits (even talking to Luxanna of Demacia, though her expertise was light). When he was about to give up because whatever people told him he already knew, he found a strange hermit with many mysterious magical items. One he wanted immediatly when the hermit told him what it was. A staff of extreme and powerful rainbow magic, but rumored to be cursed for the price of its magic. Without listening to the hermit's warnings, he snatched the staff. Immediatly he changed. He ressembled a panda! The hermit looked in horror as the now panda-like Abra rushed out to look in a river. Upon discovering his new appearence, he told himself it didn't matter if he looked like such an odd creature and decided to join the League of Legends to learn more about rainbow magic and to test out his newly found staff. [color=#00ffff]Additional thoughts:[/color] Abra is a nuke AP magician that I have tried to balance out as best I can, and from now on any changes I make will be highlighted in [color=#ffff00]yellow[/color]! About his abilities; his passive used to be where a unicorn appeared and started attacking enemies, but I figured it was a bit weird...His Q (which is based off of Ashe's Q stats) helps him do more damage against a single opponent (or minion, but I wouldn't consider waisting it on those guys), and I wasn't sure wether for it to give him more range (but I decided it was too OP), but I didn't. His W gives him a sort of an oppurtunity to shoot over walls and turrets (at a visible enemy), and his E helps him check bushes or leash blue or other things that might help. His E I was actually unsure whether or not to give anyone hit by the rainbow decreased movement speed when they come back down. Also about his E, the area where the rainbow erupts is small, probably 25% smaller than Lux's E. His R helps him get away or get someone who tries to get away, and I was worried it might be TOO much like Lux's ultimate, but I think it turned out fine. Haha, thanks for reading all this!
