I want to ask how i upload/raise my ELO.?
Its difficult to do this cause some people play Ranked and trolls (Darius ap, alista ad, twisted fate tank)...

Its difficult to do this cause some people play Ranked and trolls (Darius ap, alista ad, twisted fate tank)...
Mid and jungle at average Elo and below helps the game snowball to your favor, gets your lanes the kills, and has a powerful early-mid game, and possibly in late game.
Support is fantastic, but I'd really suggest either duo-ing or playing a support that has powerful abilities to affect the tide more than just pure support (IE, less Soraka and Sona, more support Nidalee, and Blitzcrank) Likewise, for ADC, pick someone with an escape. Playing Ashe is viable, but can get you quickly underleveled and behind if you get killed a few times, especially if your support doesn't or can't ward, or doesn't have exhaust/CC.
Positive attitude - treat your teammates with respect, be confident, and a good tip - pretend you are better than you actually are. It helps convince your team you are credible. Call out timers (good habit to make, provided it is accurate), make reasonable notifications (Alistar is jungling, careful at level 2 incase he ganks, etc), and so on. A fed Leblanc? Suggest Negatron for your team.
I mean this post in a non-condescending way, I've gone through your pain several times at least.
Also, buy wards every time you go back; they save lives . . . and games. Never stop buying them.
Always ping the map. Players at low ELO have horrible map awareness and some flashing lights and sounds will alert them in contrast to a circle on the minimap.
Do not rage at your teammates. Doing this will cause them to not focus and then throw the game.
Play some more normal games to familiarize yourself with the game and champions you will face as knowledge is power.
Wait for the ELO RESET for the upcoming season 3 and try again.

Well as the guy above said going in duo queue with your friends is always a good choice to make. As far as champions who turn the tables these are usually banned because of what they are able to do. I suggest maining a champion that you consider fun to play, suits your appetites and doesn't really need a great team composition in order to succeed.

The best way to raise elo is to duo queue with your friends, i went from 520 elo to 780 in 5 day allways playing ranked, also, use champions that can turn the tides of the game (amumu, vayne, trynd..) the kind of champions that can carry games, and nevah i repeat neveah quit. You can eventually score a random ace and win the game.
..i didnt wanted to say this but.. buy wards, yup wards save games and IT'S NOT the support job. warding lanes and key points (drake, baron) is everyone job.
