Views: 3674 Underplayed Champions

In League of Legends there are so may champions who are used all the time but some way more than others. But why? Are the underplayed champions UP? Are they just boring? Do they just not fit into a team comp?
The most current under played champions are:
Karma, Urgot, Twitch, Sejuani, Heimerdinger, Poppy, Trundle, Xerath, Viktor, Zilean.
These are statistics for ranked play but it wouldn't be much different for normal play. Do you guys think these champions are UP?
Personally, I think
Urgot got nerfed too hard. Xerath has no burst. Zilean is too squishy. Heimerdinger is too turret reliant. Trundle doesn't do anything but pillar.
What are your opinions?

Actually yes, that's our policy. Just like it's okay to link your guide in your signature, but not in any posts (unless it directly contributes to the discussion, which is uncommon).
Just keep in mind that the solution to changing a rule (if you think it should be changed) isn't to simply rebel against it. That doesn't help anyone. If you want you could make a thread in the support subforum or PM an admin about it.

Wait wut? He has no burst, seriously? Someone never played, played with or against a Xerath.
He's not played because he's weak vs mobile champion, and since 95% of the comon mid are extremely mobile.
He also has to immobilize himself to maximize his damage output, and since immobilize is a synonym of death in LoL, well.....
Xerath's burst is just brutal lol. Literally brutal. If it wasn't for the fact that he has to immobilize himself, he'd be picked A LOT more.

No she's pretty much been declared the worst AP mid. Worse than Heimer.
