Also thanks for the elaboration laggermiester it helped give me some perspective on how the build conflicts with role, which granted recent studies shows me this build is less viable than I originally thought. Also the notes on runes have been of considerable help I tend to use gold quints for most of my work with
I would reference Astrolia's work. She has some rather exhaustive writing on supports.
Also, the changes to
Suggested rune setup: flat armor reds, flat mana regen yellows, scaling MR blues, gold quints. This is also known as the
Now your masteries. Not only is your offense tree obviously specced wrongly, supports should have a core of at least 16 in utility, maxing out
Start off Faerie Charm, Wards, and Pots. Go back for Philo ASAP. Return later to get Sightstone, Emblem, Boots, and maybe Kage. So I already have 5 slots filled. Then I'll go for Spirit Visage (for the MR) or Zeke's Herald as my sixth, depending on team comp. If I don't do Kage, I'll build Mikael's or Athene's.
Boots → Merc Treads
Emblem → Aegis
Sightstone → Ruby Sightstone
Complete Zeke's/Spirit
Kage → Shard of True Ice (I will do this earlier if my carry is mana heavy)
Aegis → Runic
Philo → Shurelya's
That's more or less my order of completion. Taric isn't mana heavy because passive mana gain BUT THEY ARE CHANGING THIS MECHANIC. It also will become unreasonable to completely build him for MR in the future, like my build does, as HE WILL NO LONGER GAIN ARMOR FROM HIS W.
Yeah, Taric too OP. They're reworking him.
Regardless I made this so I can improve on it with practice and so far I personally have found it works just as often as not, mostly because of the early lead it provides your team. This is conducive to how I felt
Kinda the point in making this, as I say in the guide I'm trying an experiment and seeking more input so I can improve. Thought that was the point in a gaming community, thanks for the advice.
Well, there was your input.
You have no bloody idea how to play support.
So why don't you start by doing some more research on how support is actually played?
Or how
You should probably put off guide-writing until you're actually in a position to write a guide, not when you're doing stupid experimental stuff like this. Try to get at least 200, if not 300 wins under your belt, preferably 500.
You have no effing idea how to play a support correctly. -1.
lol how do you really feel laggermeister? XD
