The last weeks i have seen alot of people rageing out on other summonors for small mistakes.
why is it that we cant all get along? if someone makes a mistake tell them "ok next time try to do this (insert worng act here)" but no we have to rage over the smallest things. I will say im not with out foul there i have rage over some stupid stuff, but i still try to remain calm and ask what could you do better.
i would ask why would you rage? is it better for the community that you as a summonor rage or is isnt i better to help that person with in some way to get better at the game?

The ribbon isn't enough, I think they can at least give like 100 IP per 100 honors.
* Where honors done by premades count for 25% as it already was.
* Where giving honors count for 10%, which I think is also nice. I mean, you barely get honor these days :P This will motivate people to honor.
* Where honors done by strangers count for 100%
100IP per 100 honor isn't a lot, but it is already much more than you get right now :P

Noobie gets flamed by someone, noobie flames other people next game.
They do it to try to keep their dignity, but they lost that a long time ago :P
You also have the normal players that get trolls in their game every match and are sick of it. If you do something they do not like, they will flame you like hell because they see you as a troll.
And there are also people that THINK there are trolls in each game while they suck themselves, and just flame everyone else :P
Why people flame is actually pretty logical.
But of course I agree, the flaming is too much. The honor system helped a little bit, but not enough, I think Riot needs to increase the rewards of honor :P
I mean:
You get banned for getting reported too much.
Can't you get like 500 RP/IP when you get honored too much?

i agree with you on the rewards, but ppl can still abuse that too, but what needs to happen in my mind (maby im dreaming)is that the communaty needs too change
