Is this a bug/glitch ?

Is this a bug ? i've won 69 games on ranked and was Silver V but i checked my profile and im unranked !! even with 69 games. Help please D:
P.S. sorry for my bad english

Seems like a bug yes, probably just has to do with display though. It will probably fine in a few hours :P
