Hey everyone,
I was just looking for some input on
Guinsoo's Rageblade. Personally, I believe the 2 passives it offers makes it very viable in some situations, and I think it's often overlooked. What do you guys think? Is it completely useless, or can it work?
Currently I'm writing a guide on Skarner. I feel that since his abilities scale off of AP, and attack speed lowers his CD and he has an attack-speed buff (naturally making him an AD damage-dealer as well), Guinsoo's has a situational place in Skarner's build. Thoughts?

also kayle jax teemo are the only ones that should really be building this item
skarner should be a lot tankier because he doesnt have the safety in his kit to build rageblade/other offensive things (kayle and teemo have range, jax has stun and leap, skarner has...move fast shield?)
