As far as I can recall I bought all champion with IP except like 5. I bought the
Leona bundle, Galio when he was on sale, Zyra when she was on sale, and Zed when he was on sale. I can't recall purchasing any other champions with RP. So most bought with IP
Spend it all on runes and make special full health regen masteries :O

I have 36 unique full rune sets. I pretty much have everything you need for runes, there are some niche runes I want like Critical % Dmg increase or whatever it is. But I have the most common ones and then some.
I have a couple of champs I want to get on my list, mainly

you could use it for mundo :DD or garen. there are no better options because with 3000 helth regen you can tank towers and regain the health they take from you in between the tower shots.
I used to buy champs a lot with Rp when i was new... I regret that. but I've bought every single champ coming out lately with IP.
It sucks having nothing to spend IP on afetr the new champ launches...

I've bought all of mine with IP as well, though I don't have nearly as much :3
