HEY GUYS!
So you always hear about people using certain champions to "Elo Climb", but what exactly does that mean? Personally, I enjoy to play tanky champions, posing a problem when the rest of my team fails to provide any damage. So I was wondering what champions are good to "Elo Climb" with, and what exactly that means, and what you guys' experiences are with getting out of bronze/silver. Let me know in the comments and also be sure to check out my Jungle Nautilus Guide and let me know what guide I should work on next (a specific champ, a general guide, anything). As always I love feedback and hearing from you guys.
Peace

However I didn't use mid laners to climb the elo ladder, I used tanky aggressive junglers like Udyr, Lee Sin, Nocturne but I guess Volibear is just fine too. Why these? Because with them(mostly Lee Sin or Udyr) you can constantly gank thus setting your team ahead and no matter how idiot someone is, if he is fed he DEALS damage. The best would be to find yourself an anchor(meaning the player that is better than the others) and feed him so he can carry the game. You can however carry the game with all the junglers I listed(if you don't build damage, not Lee Sin).
I used splitpushers to carry myself out when I couldn't jungle like Jax, Jayce or Zed.
Carries and junglers. Champions that can make plays happen and carry possibly a bad team.
It's dependant on what you like and which champion you are good playing at.
Hyper-carry ADC is easy way to get out, because ppl don't know how to deal with it at lane or in team fights. Position well and win game by doing tons of damage.
Also just by leading the team and calls is a way out along with positive attitude.
You carry by making the right plays, aye. Basically any role can carry, but I'd say AP mid might be the strongest contester if you're good. If you're really good with your champions chosen, it matters not really what/where you play.
Remember that vision, too, wins games more often in higher elos.
So as support, you usually don't wanna pick Janna because she is really passive, but Blitzcrank or something like that. As a tank you can also carry, you just need to perfectly engage and cc the enemy carry.
Probably the easiest way to improve your performance, aside from purely skill, is to make sure you're playing under good circumstances (not being hungry, tired, angry, or being in a way to hot room etc). It also helps to just have a bottle of water at hand to refresh yourself.
Also, question everytime you die. What went wrong? - That is the easiest way to improve.
I usually have the positive attitude part down XD but I don't often play ADC maybe I should start practicing that role.
Thanks for the response!
