For the love of god, stop getting Spirit of the Elder Lizard on jungle Jarvan. You are a tank, if you want to do damage play Kha'Zix jungle. Jarvan should just be straight tank. Please, there should not be a reason to get any jungle item other than Spirit of the Ancient Golem on Jarvan IV.
But it's really not the worst item choice for him ATM.

Oh but trust me, for at least 90% of the community it is not self-explanatory at all.
I've built it in a fair amount of games even post nerf and never had any issues. It's obviously something you'd only invest in if you're ahead, but that kind of goes without saying.
Real G4 elitist. I don't think it's an awful item on J4 ATM, personally. I build it often when i'm stupidly ahead and smurfing.
