As my first champion talks; I wanna talk about this guy
Yeah, you all know him well and his name is Shaco
When I play Shaco, people ask me if I am ******ed and asks me to choose everyone except him cuz "he sucks." - the thing is for me; I can play him - people who think they can play him are wrong then gets mad and blames it on the champ.
Shaco is actually a bit of fun to play, juking and assassinate targets then gets away with it! the "problem" for Shaco is the late game - he is a early game burster with high AD and assassination capablities but he's squishy and if you make it to late game, sacrifice some bad items for tanky items, they will help alot; believe me.
Abilites
Q - Deceive; Shaco becomes invisable for some secs.
W - Jack in the Box; Shaco places a box and fears and does damage while its alive.
E - Two-Shiv Poison aka. "The Nuker"; Shaco throws a shiv that slows and does dmg over time.
R - Hallucinate; Shaco makes a copy of himself that he controls and when "it" dies it does alot of damage against everyone near the copy.
- People doesn't know how to use em right and it bothers me that they flame on a person and/or a champ cuz him/they can't play him right.
Pros and Cons
Pros
-High Early game dmg
-Has an escape
-Potentional early game kills
-Medium good ganks.
Cons
-Squishy
-Can die alot easier when focused
-little potential late game (If extremely under leveled or the other teams is fed.)
-No ganks needed late.
Well this covers everything I believe, but don't go so harsh on Shaco; he just loves to troll and murder people.

PASSIVE: Shaco's basic attacks poison his targets, reducing their movement speed for 2 seconds. It also gives affected non-champion units a chance to miss their attacks.
SLOW: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30%
MISS CHANCE TO NON-CHAMPION UNITS: 20 / 22.5 / 25 / 27.5 / 30%
ACTIVE: Shaco throws a dagger at a target enemy dealing magic damage and applying his slowing poison to them for 3 seconds. The passive is deactivated during the cooldown.
It means that the part which slows movement speed is poison. The shiv itself deals single target instant damage.
PASSIVE: Shaco's basic attacks poison his targets, reducing their movement speed for 2 seconds. It also gives affected non-champion units a chance to miss their attacks.
SLOW: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30%
MISS CHANCE TO NON-CHAMPION UNITS: 20 / 22.5 / 25 / 27.5 / 30%
ACTIVE: Shaco throws a dagger at a target enemy dealing magic damage and applying his slowing poison to them for 3 seconds. The passive is deactivated during the cooldown.

Shaco has a really good late game. With a seige/split push comp he's even better. And as aforementioned, he can easily 2-3 shot enemy carries. He is insanely good at picking an isolated carry, which often leads to towers, baron, inhibs etc.
What makes him bad is that unless he snowballs extremely hard early, his mid/mid late is completely garbage. He can't farm the jungle fast enough to keep up in farm and he doesn't have the damage to effectively kill squishies, especially in mid game teamfights when the adc is protected. Because of this, he has a hard time transitioning from early to late game.
You don't seem to know how to play this champion either. And Shiv doesn't do damage over time...
This is why you see a Shaco appearing simultaneously all over the map for the first 10 minutes. A fed Shaco is amongst the scariest champions in the game. In ideal scenario the game is over by 20-ish minutes with the enemy team gold-starved to the max.
But of course, the reality is often very dissimilar. Admittedly, the amount of good Shaco players is probably lower than my shoe size.
Stattik Shyv and Ravenous Hydra combined with his kit make him really good at pressuring sidelanes, smart jitbs and wards can help him secure objectives really fast. He just needs that early game push which won't always come; exploiting opportunities well and outsmarting your opposition. Sometimes going to their jungle for an early game kill can get you going, other times you actually just ****ed yourself and became useless.
