Every third attack or strike with Wind Becomes Lightning deals an additional 15 / 30 / 45 / 60% AD (+5 / 10 / 15 / 20% of ability power) as bonus physical damage and restores 2 / 3.5 / 5% (+40 / 50 / 70% of ability power) health (at levels 1 / 6 / 11).
