Lux Ability (LoL): Lucent Singularity

Lux sends an anomaly of twisted light to the target area for up to 5 seconds, slowing enemies inside for 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 45% and granting a 600 radius vision around it. Lucent Singularity can be recast at no delay.

At the end of the duration or if Lucent Singularity is reactivated, the area detonates, dealing 60 / 105 / 150 / 195 / 240 (+60% of ability power) magic damage.

Lux can detonate Lucent Singularity early. If recast while in flight, the ability will detonate on arrival.

The slow lingers for 1 second after leaving the area. Enemies hit by Lucent Singularity are also slowed for 1 second.
