Mel Ability (LoL): Searing Brilliance

Mel’s attacks and abilities apply stacks of Overwhelm each time they deal damage, storing 50 / 65 / 80 / 95 (+25% of ability power) plus 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 (+0.75% of ability power) damage per stack of magic damage (depending on Golden Eclipse's rank). When applied, if the stored amount exceeds the enemy’s combined shields and health, they are executed.

When an ability is cast, Mel’s next attack fires 3 extra projectiles, each dealing 8-25 (+1% of ability power) magic damage (depending on level). This effect can stack for 3 / 6 / 9 more extra projectiles.
