I think the lighting is really nice.
However, i don't really like the positioning of the text and the "darkness" doesnt really blend or standout. The c4d on the right seems to really stick out for me. And Venom is a little too blended in. The c4d overlaying his right side kind of makes it look like you put a lower opacity on venom.
But i really like the background of the sig and the color scheme.
