I noticed that in the summary/cheatsheet for a champion guide, it shows Ability Power at level 18 with bonus AP from items, however although it will count the static +140AP and +45 AP from Rabadon and Archangel's in this, it doesn't take into account their passive ability power increase, which is quite significant.
Has this been discussed before? It seems like a notable deficiency in the summary/cheatsheet. Seeing if some guide is a 500AP endbuild or 850AP endbuild guide is a pretty notable difference - but these would probably have similar 300-400 something AP.
So... what is up with that?

It's been discussed, but there have just been more important things to fix. We pretty much figure if the guide writer cares they can calculate it themselves and tell it to their readers. There's a few bugs with the cheatsheet.
