I'm sorry to say but I'd recommend you to get level 30 and play some ranked before writing guides because honestly, it's really bad.

Oh well, I really dont see Ezreal working correctly in the current meta and especially not with the hybrid build of yours.
I would say the first items would be and always be:
Dorans blade + 1x Health Potion and Warding totem, as if you would not take the Dorans blade you'll lack of sustain which Ezreal does rely on in the earlies.
Core items:
Once you go back, get bloodthirster and phage also picking up boots of speed would be great. Try to evolve your boots to berserker greaves and phage to Trinity force. By now you can do a quiet decent amount of damage and probably pick up some kills. By now if everything is going well and you have a minor advantage I would say going for Last Whisper would be great by now, however if things arent going very well BOTRK could be even better to pickup.
Once you got: Bloodthirster, Tri Force, Berserker Greaves, Last Whisper/BOTRK you should probably go for GA by now, if you got an advantage you could go for IE but I prefer going for GA. You should probably pick up both IE and GA but which order does depend on situation.
