There are a lot of resources out there for people making the ELO climb and it isn't exactly realistic for you to expect success on the big stage when you're still stuck in the lowest tier of skill. That being said, a good way to get exposure and meet duo queue partners is to play in the MobaFire inhouses. You'll meet people of similar (or higher) skill level and have a chance to straight up lane against and receive feedback from players that are higher up in divisions. Best of luck.[/quote]
