I think he wants to know what the total internet transfer will be. And I guess he wants to have megabytes instead of megabits. Not that it really matters.

I've done a quick google search and found some answers:

An average 30-40 minute game on Summoner's Rift without voicechat uses approximately 15-30 mb of data.
