Is there anywhere online I can look to see the list of champions that I own? I'm out and about all day working, so I'm often using my iPad for Internet, meaning I can't load up LoL and check.

I don't believe there is. The data on Champs/Skins owned by an account hasn't been made available through Riot's API, so there's no way of getting the data outside of the client.

Your best bet, and well only option really is to do something manual that can be accessed via your iPad. Something like this!
