Ranged solo top? Maybe Urgot.
Kayle can be considered as ranged due to her E, but she is melee. Urgot can be good choice for solo top as he isn't pure ranged ad carry.
So, Urgot only. Only melee champs are played on top.

There is a lot of melee champions with lots of ranged skills that are often solo top. For example there is Gragas(Q and R), Galio(Q and E), Rumble(Q,E and R), Leona(E and R), Cho'Gath(Q and E),...But if we are talking auto attack ranged, I've seen solo top Ryze, Kennen and Swain perform well. And there is Nidalee, if we talk human form.

Caitlyn seems a little squishy for top lane. She's alright in mid provided your lane opponent isn't someone who can one hit kill you with burst (which is basically everyone who goes mid).
