Are there model viewers around for the in game characters, should you wish to see them up close and more detailed for costume or other types of reference? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Closest I can give you is lolskinviewer.com Some of the models are bigger than others.
You can also click the skins from the wiki and it'll take you to a chinese site which is far better with details.
