lol replay... nuff said, ah, you said you don't know how to transfer them to vid... umm xsplit is usually what a lot of people use, there's fraps, and a few others which capture on screen footage which can be uploaded to youtube.
Since you're not planning on streaming, the best way to do it is usually to record with LoLReplay. Once you have the .lrf file, replay it while running FRAPS (link) to get a standard video file. Then upload to YouTube or some other video hosting site of your choice and embed that URL into your guide.
Also, no, you cannot directly upload .lrf files to MOBAFire, much less in a way that they can be directly watched. If you're having trouble with the above, what you can do as a workaround is upload the .lrf somewhere and include that as a link in your guide.

What I do is use LOLReplay just to record. If I have something I want to share with fb or utube, then I open up LOLReplay and use fraps to record certain clips. I then go back and use virtual dub to make the vid smaller because a 2min clip recorded on fraps could be 2-5gb for some reason lol.
