Anyone else have this problem?

I used his Apprehend but well, I don't know how to say this but it kinda got stuck. It was an ARAM on Howling Abyss. It lasted about 3 seconds so I couldn't get a screenshot but it was weird as hell.

The Apprehend motion got sort of stuck out there for a few seconds longer than normal.
