This "mode" is SO MUCH FUN. Yesterday I played 2 games, x10 
Zyra and x10 Leona. I lost the first (I fed hardcore) and roflstomped the second (MV Leona, hehehe!). Also, the only one with
Pool Party Leona
in that game, which was cute.
I don't know exactly how to do it but it involves installing a mod in your client, though it's very buggy and Riot can ban you for it. Ymir warned about this because it may confuse their internal servers and detect it as a hack. You only need to have it if you're hosting the game, by the way.
