Title says it all, do you think he is?

Personally I don't because every time I see one, weather he's good or not I say free-win in my mind.

He just seems to get stomped on all over the place, Never deals enough damage, and is wayyy to squishy. So he's not to me. But people still use him all the time, so what do you think :o.

I think he isn't very viable, better in SR in my opinion.
