The thing is, the tower starts shooting at those two minions at the moment they get into range. Then the rest of the wave comes with normal speed and joins them. Those two usually dies before the rest of the wave can catch up, which makes me suspect they actually just gain a burst of speed from some random source, and that it's not lag.
There is no victory without humility.
