Not sure who's right but saints rundown he said that rengar changes are buff and grag is a nerf he wont be mid any more maybe a top lane mage. Also feast is pretty good mastery dont hate on it has it place but its mostly just adc's who take it thats why they buffed it since lifesteal got nered so hard.
I don't really judge reworks too seriously from notes only anymore. I would agree that the rengar changes are a buff overall and the gragas changes are a nerf on paper from what I see, but its hard to say for sure. We could easily both be wrong.

Yea im not saying you are just pointing out what someone else thinks lol i watched alot of saints videos he says oh this buff not that big deal "x champ" still wont be played and they became next big champ hard tell by notes alone.
