I know I'm not the first to mention this. As of now I don't know of a built in system to backup a guide. MOBAFIRE should offer a method to do so since a lot of us invest significant time and energy into this website.

Please do not bump, it is considered spam.

I do not think a guide backup system is necessary. The system already saves whatever you save and won't be deleted for any reason unless you do it yourself. You can also easily back up your guide yourself by copying and pasting the contents into a text or word file.

ok, srry about that.

I mean someone could get on my account and delete my guide, theoretically...I've had my email fished before and I had to change all my passwords on separate websites. I did copy and paste my guide into a text file it would just be nice to have a backup source I could retrieve directly from mobafire. Just foood for thought, thanks

I think if that was the case it might be possible to get the other admins to help me in retrieving your guide in old site files. They can't actually be deleted but I suppose someone could hop on and remove all the content and save it (but I doubt someone who's fishing your email would do that, and you probably shouldn't give friends you are afraid will do this your password). I feel like it's up to users to keep their passwords safe and it seems like a weird reason to make that kind've decision. The question is is it worth taking away resources from work on other projects to work on this one? And I feel like right now it's not worth it.

If this does happen to you just post in the support forum or pm me and I will work with Matt to try to retrieve your guide.
