Hey, this build shows up as a full guide when clicking on 'Top Rated Guides' and filtering for:
  • Champion: Caitlyn
  • Base Quality: Full Guide

Might be the case for more builds, haven't checked. Doesn't seem right to me x)

I'm pretty sure it's because it's above the "build score" threshold.

If an incomplete guide reaches a certain score, it is listed alongside the complete guides in some places.
