It doesn't seem that the Classic Riven art ever got updated. This is what it's supposed to be, with this as her headshot thumbnail.

The images for the Riven hover-over seem to be fine. Is it maybe just a cacheing issue?

The champion database has different images than the skin database (as in, different urls). I checked in a different browser so not caching I'm afraid. I'm sure it'll be fixed soon. :)
