The guide you linked seems to be working fine now. This was happening more frequently a while ago, and although we deployed a fix it can still happen on rare occasions now. Note that the guides never actually "disappear", they just become temporarily inaccessible. Should you encounter the issue again, please make sure to get back to us so we can look into fixing it once and for all :)
