We used to have one on profiles but it got lost. The system works best if you report them for specific content though, rather than just reporting them for being who they are. We can add a link to PMs, the only trick with that is... The mods can't read your PMs so it won't help too much, but at least you can report them over a PM.

I was also wondering if you had ever talked about adding a report button to users' profiles so that in the situation that something that spanned over more than a few posts it would be easier to report them.
