Prizing Problems

It was promised to us that the shipping would arrive within 4-6 weeks and because of this all my team members are becoming impatient. We even asked the March Cup winners if they got their prizes yet, but it was a negative answer. I'm expecting a reply as to why we still haven't got the Mice and the Ram+Stickers because they were promised to us. Please don't just reply with "The package was delayed" because I've heard enough of that from the March and April teams. I'd also enjoy a ETA on when the mouse/ram/stickers will arrive.
