There have been issues with Twitch TV streams before that showed as offline while actually being online. I've already adressed this issue to Matt and he said he would take a look at it.

Your stream is showing up in the offline list. All of the issues that were preventing streams from going online were fixed a while ago. If you are still having issues then there is something else wrong.
Put your stream online and give it a good 30 minutes. If it still does not appear in the online streams list, let me know and I'll take a closer look at your stream.
