DON'T WORRY BRO! I can teach you a lot about all of this. This is mainly a memorization process.
Kassadin was a really bad idea, don't try it again. Don't Jungle until you know the game well. Depending on your lane and lane matchup, Cs and harassing at the same time may be issues. To figure out what lane a champ should go, look at their description. "Mage" will usually go mid or bot lane support. Ranged "Assassin"s or "Marksmen"s usually go bot lane ADC. "Fighter" and "Tank" go top, and melee "Assassin" goes jungle. Try to get some of the lower priced(450 IP-1350 IP) champions. You could probably realize where each one of the champs you played go.
Renekton goes top, Caitlynn goes bot ADC,
Varus goes bot ADC,
Ezreal goes bot ADC, and
Kassadin goes mid. My favorite lane is top, so I can teach you a lot about it, or any other lane. Reply to this comment if you are interested, and let the teaching begin!

TYVM Ubby for this AMAZING Sig!
I think it's hard because teammates expect you to know everything. Like, one game I took yi to jungle, called it, but then in-game an Amumu got pissed that I was jungling. So instead I said "okay i'll just take top then" and proceeded to get destroyed 1v2 up there. THEN, the next game someone had already called jungle, so I picked caitlynn because she's the only other champ I feel really comfortable with, called bot, and then in-game someone starts *****ing that the team already had an ADC. one kid quit out at lvl 2 because we had 2 adc's. I mean, i get that you want an optimal team with each champ fulfilling a role, but really, 2 adc's leads to insta-quit? THEN, another game someone had called jungle, but I forgot to change smite to ignite when I switced to an ADC, and a guy just started flaming me like no one has ever in the history of LoL forgot to change their abilities. I usually feel like I can handle angry kids, but I've never seen it happen every single game. it's not me every game, but EVERY game SOMEONE gets hated on. it's ridiculous.
