However the reason why you need to be level 30 before tournaments is because you gain Rune's, Masteries as well as experience, it's no different then walking into a karate school and on your first day picking a fight with a black belt most likely your going to get the ever lasting tar beat out of you. Getting to level 30 is a milestone and it's when you can truly start learning how to play the game, because by then you should have all of the basics down and can start to understand more about the game on a competitive level. also any site claiming to give out free RP is a scam, you will loose your account, personal information, relationships, etc.[/quote]
