Naut's a really strong pick atm, his 4 different kinds of cc make him a really powerful ganking jungler. He can't really carry in that he can't 1v5 the enemy team, but if you learn to play him well and pull off some good ganks, then your teammates can often snowball and win the game. Not to mention that Naut brings strong initiation and cc in teamfights.
He carries games through strong ganks and ridiculous teamfighting abilities. His initiations are one of the strongest in the game. Catching people offguard and making a teamfight 5v4 is a great advantage.

My only concern in low elo is that sometimes you gotta carry the games and, truth be told, Nautilus is 100% a teamworker. There's just so much ******edness at times and being a tank/offtank doesn't compensate when you initiate like a boss and your teamembers are like "nah, imma back down because it looks dangerous man", proceeding to call you a ****** for "suiciding".
